groups overview

Group KAP sessions offer the opportunity for connection and building community, and can create an even deeper experience for participants.

Our groups are led by one or more experienced, licensed therapists and a physician.  Many of our groups offer a limited number of sliding scale spaces, and we gratefully accept donations to our access fund to enable us to offer even more low-cost spaces for those who need it.

Those who have already been through our intake process may qualify for a discount on group tuition. To apply for a group, call or email our office, or schedule a free inquiry through our web calendar.

 liminal gatherings

Join the folks at Liminal Medicine for a one-time group KAP session! Liminal Gatherings are for current and past clients who have been through our intake process and would like a group medicine journey to boost their mood.

This is an opportunity to honor our self care needs, set intentions, and get a booster to support the work from past treatment. Take a time out and go inside to restore your connection to the deep self, while connecting with others.

All gatherings are held in or near Sebastopol, CA. Sessions will be co-facilitated by a licensed therapist and a physician.

Cost: $450-$550 per gathering, sliding scale.
Space is limited.

Upcoming Gatherings

Saturday, April 20, 2024, from 12 am—4 pm.
Led by Moksha Donohue, LMFT, and Dr. Suegee Tamar-Mattis.

Letting the Love In

For many, the road to self love has big speed bumps! We put up these obstacles when we’ve been disappointed in order to protect ourselves. This five-week Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) group is for those who would like to open their hearts more and use good discernment when deciding to do so. We will journey with the psychedelic ketamine, using the group collective to support the process of letting the love available to you into your heart.

Helping the Helpers

If you are a licensed mental health or medical professional who has found yourself giving to your community without enough time to restore yourself, please consider this group KAP series just for helping professionals. We will be using KAP to address the compassion fatigue, secondary trauma and depression that so many of us have experienced due to our work, the pandemic and wildfires.  We would like to help you find a sense of deeper peace.
